Connecting to the Printer The Zebra LP 2824 Plus printer must be connected via ethernet cable to the same local area network (LAN) that the computers or POS stations that you plan to print from are connected to. This usually requires connecting the printer directly to the router via an ethernet cable. If you require more help, please refer to the manual that came with your printer. Acquiring the Printer's IP Address The printer's IP address can be determined by holding the feed button down until the light around it flashes once. Let go of the feed button. The printer will spit out labels containing lots of diagnostic information, including the IP Address Installing the Printer Open 'System Preferences' and select 'Printers & Scanners'.
